Akshay Kumar’s difficulties regarding ‘Prithviraj’ increased, Sanatan Sena filed a complaint against the actor
Troubles are increasing continuously regarding Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Prithviraj’. After Karni Sena, Sanatan Sena has filed a criminal complaint against the actor. Apart from Akshay Kumar, the name of production house Yash Raj Films and filmmaker Aditya Chopra are also included in this complaint of Sanatan Sena. An official complaint letter of Sanatan Sena National President Surjit Singh has surfaced online in this regard.
In this complaint, Surjit Singh has mentioned that he wants to file a criminal complaint under the Indian Penal Code 1860 against the manufacturers on several grounds. The complaint letter states that an attempt has been made to jointly and severally produce, direct and script a Hindi film under the name ‘Prithviraj’. They claim that their move may hurt the religious and social sentiments of the people.
He also said that the kind of picture the film is trying to show to the Hindu warrior king His Majesty Prithviraj Chauhan is a clear disrespect towards him. This is an offense under the Indian Penal Code 1860.
the president of the youth wing of Karni Sena had filed a complaint against the film ‘Prithviraj’ that the film based on the life of legendary king Rajput Prithviraj Chauhan insults the leader. Karni Sena asked to change the title of the film and filmmaker Surjit Singh Rathore.
When the film is based on the great Prithviraj Chauhan, how can they keep the title of the film just ‘Prithviraj’? We want the title to be changed to his full name and to give him respect. He also demanded that the film be seen before its release and threatened similar damages to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat.
