Salman Khan now wants to get this action done on KRK, for this reason appeals to the court
Salman Khan has appealed in a Mumbai court to take action against KRK (Kamal R Khan), who considers himself a film critic, for contempt of court. The actor says that despite making promises to the court, KRK continues to make rhetoric against him, which is completely contempt of court.
In fact, KRK had made rhetoric against Salman Khan on Twitter in the past while reviewing his film Radhe: The Most Wanted Bhai. After this Dabang Khan filed a defamation case against him and also sent a legal notice. After which KRK had confessed to making rhetoric against Salman Khan and not reviewing his films.
However, KRK reneged on this promise within a few hours and started making rhetoric against Salman Khan directly or indirectly. After which now Salman Khan, through his lawyer Pradeep Gandhi, has appealed to take contempt action against KRK. Pradeep Gandhi on Monday told Additional Sessions Judge CV Marathe that despite assurances, KRK has been continuously tweeting derogatory against Salman Khan. Pradeep Gandhi has said that this is contempt of court.
He said this while hearing the defamation case against KRK filed by Salman Khan. On the other hand, KRK’s lawyer Manoj Gadkari has told the court that his client will not make any more derogatory posts or comments against Salman Khan till the next date of hearing.
It is worth noting that Salman Khan’s lawyer has filed an application in the court seeking contempt action against KRK. At the same time, the court heard the arguments and fixed June 11 for the next hearing of the case. The court said that till then the earlier statement of KRK’s lawyer Manoj Gadkari will continue.
Let us tell you that Salman Khan has filed a defamation case against Bollywood actor and producer-You-tuber KRK in the Civil Court of Mumbai. KRK says that Salman has sued him because he called Radhe – Your Most Wanted Bhai bad in his review. Salman’s lawyers, however, denied KRK’s claim and said that the case was filed because of his derogatory videos.
