World Day Against Child Labor: Ayushmann Khurrana expressed concern for children, said – ‘Child labor robs children’

World Child Labor Prohibition Day is celebrated all over the world on 12 June. Ayushmann Khurrana has also talked about child labor on this special occasion. In fact, Ayushmann is a celebrity advocate for UNICEF’s global campaign Ending Violence Against Children (EVAC). Due to which he called child labor a complete violation of the rights of children on Saturday.

On this special occasion, Ayushmann Khurrana has made a post through his official Instagram account. In this post, he has shared some pictures, with these pictures Ayushman talked about child labor. He also appealed that if any person sees child labor, first of all call on 1098.

On the occasion of World Child Labor Prohibition Day, he said, ‘Child labor robs children of their childhood and it is a complete violation of their rights. Kovid-19 has made children more vulnerable, especially young girls and displaced children are at high risk. Children have to go through child labor due to closure of schools, disturbed home environment, death of parents and loss of job in the family.

Ayushman further says, ‘Shake hands to prevent this from happening. Talk openly about the social security schemes of the poorest families. Make it a point to make sure all children go to school when school opens and if you see any child in distress, call childline 1098.
